HARRISBURG – A section of Stallings Road will temporarily close in mid-July for general maintenance, weather permitting. N.C. Department of Transportation crews will be performing maintenance to the shoulder at the end of a pipe located west of Deer Drive, requiring an excavator in the roadway.
Starting Monday, July 13, Stallings Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The closure will be scheduled at the same time July 14 and 15 if needed to complete the work.
During the closures, a detour will be in place from Stallings Road to Hickory Ridge Road and Rocky River Road, returning to Stallings Road.
Delays and longer travel times should be expected.
