PINEY GREEN – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close an Onslow County roadway crossover for maintenance next week.
Beginning Aug. 17, crews will close the crossover on N.C. 24 where it connects to Hunters Trail near Piney Green Road. Crews will install a new crossline pipe to improve drainage in the median. Work is expected to be complete by Aug. 21, weather permitting.
