ROCKY MOUNT – The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles’ license plate agency (LPA) in Havelock reopened on June 22 under new management and is serving customers at the same location as the previous agency.
The agency, at 319 W. Main St., at the Havelock Shopping Center, in Havelock, is owned and operated by Anthony Manley-Rook, who also operates the LPA in Plymouth. The office is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., except for state holidays.
LPAs offer vehicle registration services and title transactions, as well as vehicle license plate renewals, replacement tags and duplicate registrations. Currently, 131 license plate agencies operate in North Carolina.
