NEWTON — The N.C. Department of Transportation will activate new traffic signals on a Catawba County road early next week.
Crews will activate the new traffic signals at the N.C. 10 and Southfork Drive intersection Tuesday morning.
The signals were set to a flashing mode Wednesday afternoon and will remain in that mode until the signals are operational to alert drivers to the upcoming change in the traffic pattern.
