SWANSBORO – The N.C. Department of Transportation plans to close a section of Belgrade Swansboro Road next week for a pipe replacement.
The work will take place on Belgrade Swansboro Road between N.C. 24 and Swansboro Loop Road.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Sept. 28 and is expected to remain in place until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, weather permitting.
Signs will be posted to alert motorists to the closure and detour route.
The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
