WILMINGTON – The N.C. Department of Transportation will conduct intermittent lane closures of a Wilmington road for maintenance.
Beginning May 13, one lane of 16th Street from Church Street to Queens Street will be closed for curb and gutter repair, shoulder reconstruction, and sidewalk repair.
Lane closures will be in place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work is expected to be completed by May 29.
Use caution when traveling near the area and seek alternate routes to avoid travel delays.
