GREENSBORO – Norfolk Southern
Railway has notified the N.C. Department of Transportation of plans to close
a series of rail crossings for routine railroad track and maintenance work this
week in Greensboro.
Work will take place at the following crossings between the hours
of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily through Thursday, March 8; weather permitting:
- N.C. 150;
- Bush Road (completed); and
- Rudd Station Road rail crossing.
Drivers should follow the signed detour routes.
NCDOT reminds motorists to watch signs for construction
information, stay alert and obey the posted speed limit.
