Veridea Parkway Ramps to Close on the Triangle Expressway This Weekend

Maintenance Work is Expected to Wrap up Early Monday

RALEIGH – Starting Friday, May 11, at 9 p.m., crews will begin maintenance work on the southbound off-ramp (Exit 55) and the northbound Veridea Parkway on-ramp of Toll N.C. 540. The work is expected to wrap up Monday, May 14, by 6 a.m.

Drivers are advised to follow the signed detours below:

Toll N.C. 540 southbound off-ramp to Veridea Parkway (Exit 55) Detour

• Starting on Toll N.C. 540 South
• Take Exit 54-A to N.C. 55 Bypass West
• Take Toll N.C. 540 North
• Take Exit 55

Veridea Parkway on-ramp to Toll N.C. 540 North Detour

• Starting on Veridea Parkway
• Take the ramp to Toll N.C. 540 South
• Take Exit 54-A to N.C. 55 Bypass West
• Continue Toll N.C. 540 North

Please remember to slow down and pay extra attention in work zones, which are marked by warning signs in advance of the maintenance work.
