Reconstruction of I-95/U.S. 701/N.C. 96 Interchange

​​​​​​​​​The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to reconstruct the interchange of I-95 at U.S. 701 and N.C. 96 (Exit 90) near Four Oaks.

An open-house public meeting is scheduled for:

Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019
4-7 p.m.
Four Oaks Middle School
Cafetorium
1475 Boyette Road
Four Oaks


The purpose of this meeting is to provide citizens the opportunity to review maps of the project, ask questions and provide feedback.

The public may attend at any time during the public meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made. Maps of the proposed improvements will be displayed at the meeting.

Public Comment

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.

The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or can be submitted by March 15, 2019, via phone, email or mail.
