The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to widen N.C. 711 (West 3rd Street) from North Odom Street (S.R. 1340) to Redmond Road (S.R. 1557) to a four-lane divided facility in Pembroke.
The purpose of this project is to enhance mobility for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic and improve safety on N.C. 711 using a Complete Streets approach.A public meeting is scheduled for:

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the project and gather input on the proposed design.
The public may attend at any time during the public meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made.
