N.C. 133 Improvements from I-140/U.S. 17 to Division Drive

The N.C. Department of Transportation is holding the following meeting in Wilmington about improvements to N.C. 133 (Castle Hayne Road) from I-140/U.S. 17 (Wilmington Bypass) to Division Drive as well as construction of a roundabout at the intersection of N.C. 133 and North 23rd Street.
