Proposed Widening of Fisher Road - Cumberland County

The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to widen Fisher Road from Strickland Road to Bingham Drive in Fayetteville. The project proposes to widen 2.1 miles of Fisher Road to four lanes with a raised median from Strickland Bridge Road to Bingham Drive (N.C. 162).

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the proposed projects and gather input on the proposed designs. The public can view project information at NCDOT's public input porta​l​.​

Public Comment

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
