The town of Holly Springs is developing the Northeast Gateway Master Plan to guide land use, development and community investment around the future interchange of Holly Springs Road and Toll N.C. 540.
Representatives from NCDOT, NCTA and the town of Holly Springs will be available to discuss the Complete 540 Project, construction activities, schedules and future development in Holly Springs.
