The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to convert I-40/Blue Ridge Road (S.R. 2500) grade-separation to an interchange, widen Blue Ridge Road from just south of the new interchange north to U.S. 70 and construct a roundabout at the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and N.C. 9.

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the project and gather input on the proposed design. Information related to this meeting will be posted to the bottom of this webpage as it becomes available.
The public may attend at any time during the public meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made. NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
