The purpose of the project is to improve capacity and reduce congestion along Gordon Road and is intended to aid in managing growth that the Wilmington area has been experiencing.
Due to COVID-19, NCDOT will not host an in-person public meeting for this project. However, the public is invited to review NCDOT's public input portal and submit comments.
