The Statewide Multimodal Freight Plan update was completed in July 2023. Development of the next update began in Fall 2025 with completion of the plan expected in early 2027. See timeline below.

state’s resilience plan to make sure freight can handle disruptions and stay reliable.

Identify current and future freight transportation needs and develop strategies and approaches to address them.
