CHARLOTTE – The East Charlotte Driver License office, located at 6635 Executive Circle, will be closed Wednesday, Aug. 22, due to a broken HVAC unit.
The property management company plans to complete the repairs today.
Until the repairs are made, the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles encourages customers in the Charlotte area to visit driver license locations at either:
- 201 West Arrowood Road in Charlotte
- 6016 Brookshire Boulevard in Charlotte
- 12101 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road in Huntersville
DMV offers driver license renewals, duplicate IDs and many other services online. Customers are encouraged to check the official DMV website at MyNCDMV.gov to see if they can skip the trip to the DMV.
