The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on the proposed changes to the following rules of Title 19A of the N.C. Administrative Code:
- Chapter 02, Subchapter D, 19A NCAC 02D .0402-.0406, .0410, .0414, .0421, .0425, .0535, .0538 and 0539
- Chapter 02, Subchapter D, 19A NCAC 02D .0607, .0612, .0633, .0643 and .0644
- Chapter 02, Subchapter E, 19A NCAC 02E .0221, .0402-.0411, .0423, .0426, .0427, .1103,1105 and .1106
- Chapter 02, Subchapter E, 19A NCAC 02E .0301 and .0303
Public Comment
NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. All comments will be recorded and transcribed.
The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or can be submitted via phone, email or mail.
