Proposed Rule Changes to Title 19A of the N.C. Administrative Code

​The N.C. Department of Transportation is holding a public hearing for 47 proposed rule changes to Title 19A of the N.C. Administrative Code.

A public meeting is scheduled for:

The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on the proposed changes to the following rules of Title 19A of the N.C. Administrative Code:

Public Comment

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. All comments will be recorded and transcribed.

The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or can be submitted via phone, email or mail.

The public comment period ends April 18, 2019 for the following rules: 
  • 19A NCAC 02B .0150, .0152-.0158, .0315
  • 19A NCAC 02D .0402-.0406, .0410, .0414, .0421, .0425, .0535, .0538, .0539 
  • 19A NCAC 02E.0221, .0402-.0411, .0423, .0426, .0427, .1103, .1105, .1106.

The public comment period ends May 16, 2019 for the following rules: 
  • 19A NCAC 02D .0601, .0602, .0607, .0612, .0633, .0643 and .0644
  • 19A NCAC 02E .0301 and .0303,
