NCDOT 2019 Disparity Study Public Hearing Series

The North Carolina business community is invited to a series of public hearings to comment on their experiences, positive and negative, working with, or seeking contract opportunities with the N.C. Department of Transportation.

Comments may also include recommendations to improve the contracting process.

NCDOT’s Office of Civil Rights has contracted with Griffin & Strong, P.C., a law and public policy consulting firm, to conduct a year-long disparity study that will analyze the availability of diverse businesses, the department’s spending with diverse businesses as well as policies and procedures that have an impact on how NCDOT engages in public contracting.

A public hearing is scheduled for:
