Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the TEA Program, applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an appropriately accredited institution. Examples of engineering disciplines that are accepted include:

Civil engineering technology

Architectural engineering

Mechanical engineering

Chemical engineering
-
Surveying engineering and management

Electrical engineering

Geomatics engineering

Biological and agricultural engineering

Biosystems engineering

Systems engineering
Other related four-year engineering degrees will be reviewed and may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Requirements
- Have a minimum 2.3 grade point average
- Be a recent college graduate (within two years)
- Be flexible in job locations
Compensation & Benefits
Entry level salary for associates is $70,000. Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, Associates may be eligible to receive a salary of $76,846 on an annualized basis.
