Proposed Improvements to Second Street from MLK Jr. Drive to Roberts Avenue - Robeson County

The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to make pedestrian and safety improvements on Second Street (N.C. 72) from Martin Luther King Jr. Drive (N.C. 41) to  Roberts Avenue (N.C. 211) in Lumberton. 

A public meeting is scheduled for:

5-7 p.m.
East Lumberton Baptist Church​
210 Old Whiteville Road
Lumberton

The public is invited to attend at any time between 5-7 p.m. as no formal presentation will be made. NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops. More information can be found at NCDOT's ​public input portal​​​.​
