Driving with a Suspended or Revoked License

​​Drivers convicted of a driving while license revoked under G.S. 20-28(a) will result in points on their motor vehicle record. Drivers convicted of driving while license revoked after impaired driving under G.S. 20-28(a1) will result in an additional suspension/revocation.
