On behalf of the N.C. Department of Transportation's Ferry Division, the Institute for Transportation Research and Education, or ITRE, at N.C. State University is conducting a study on the economic impact of N.C. Ferries on Eastern North Carolina.
The study will help the Ferry Division better understand the needs and experiences of passengers on all of its individual routes.
