Below is a list of the Request for Proposals, or RFP, attachments and other documents that are required to complete the NEVI RFP 2 application process. The application will have a specific place to upload each document in
Jotform.
- The contents of attachments and documents must meet the requirements in Section 5.2, Application Contents, and the reference table.
- Applicants must ensure certain attachments are signed prior to uploading.
- Applicants must upload attachments and documents in the specified file format.
- File sizes are limited to 10MB per file.
- The following documents are only required if available at the time of application:
- Proof of station operator third-party cybersecurity certification

Proof of network provider (EVSP) third-party cybersecurity certification
- Any additional documents submitted outside of those requested will not be reviewed.
